fantastic stay, great service
welcome receptionhelpful teamapartment servicecaring staff
i felt instantly welcomed by muay and nisa upon my arrival. the entire team was awesome, even transporting my belongings to my apartment on a trolley. nisa accompanied me to my room she removed her shoes at the door and confirmed that everything was perfect. she was kind, respectful, and genuinely caring.
the location was not ideal, and the surroundings were a bit noisy at times. i did notice some minor wear and tear on the furniture in the room though nothing too significant.

the grand beautiful king room included a comfortable king-sized bed. a seating area, and a writing desk. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower, separate toilet, and a well-lit vanity with ample counter space.

The front office staff were cute. Restaurant service was fast and food was presented well. The staff extended assistance with printing. Kanda helped me. KK arranged a taxi to the airport after my booked taxi was cancelled.
The room beds were soft, causing shoulder soreness and sleep issues.
